Description
This event aims to alleviate stress faced by family members caring for recovery patients through a cooking workshop. Volunteers will join family members in preparing childhood dishes, fostering mutual understanding and promoting connections. The program seeks to enhance resilience, encourage stress-reduction methods, and improve relationships among participants. Registration with HandsOn Hong Kong is required.
