Description
The Bread Runner program involves collecting surplus bread from bakeries across Hong Kong near closing time and delivering it to designated collection points. Volunteers select bakeries to visit, collect surplus bread, and transport it to the collection points. The program operates every Tuesday and Thursday from 7 pm to 10 pm, with shifts lasting one hour. Volunteers are encouraged to team up with friends and register for a minimum of three stores due to unpredictable surplus amounts.
